Calisen Receives Award for Digital Infrastructure Acquisition of the Year, Europe

Celebrating Success at the IJInvestor Awards

 

Last night, Calisen had the privilege of attending the IJInvestor Awards, which celebrates the companies, deals and individuals who contributed to the most exciting market developments of the year in the energy and infrastructure markets.

 

We’re thrilled to announce that Calisen won the Digital Infrastructure Acquisition of the Year award in Europe, for our MapleCo and Calisen merger.

 

This award is a testament to our incredible team’s unwavering dedication and hard work, strengthening our mission to bring smart energy to all. There to represent Calisen on the night was our CEO Sean Latus and CFO Brandan Rennet, as well as some of the MapleCo acquisition project team,

 

Calisen acquired MapleCo in July 2023 with the support of its investors BlackRock Alternatives, Mubadala Investment Company and the Infrastructure business within Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

 

This strategic move was driven by our commitment to extending our smart energy infrastructure services to a broader spectrum of customers and continuing our growth in the EV and heat pump sectors, advancing our overarching mission of providing smarter energy for all and helping customers reach their net zero targets.
