Calisen Group Chair Walter Schmidt joins field team for the day

This week, Calisen Group Chair, Walter Schmidt spent a day in the field alongside a team of our skilled meter installers, gaining valuable first-hand insight into the daily work of a Calisen Meter Operative.

 

During his visit, Walter observed live installations and experienced the dedication, professionalism and challenges faced by our field teams.

 

Though his role as Group Chair doesn’t typically involve time on the tools, Walter’s decision to join our colleagues in the field reflects his commitment to staying connected at all levels of the business.

 

Speaking of his experience, Walter said:
