Over the past couple of months, we have been sharing the news with colleagues and customers and are delighted with the feedback we have already received.

 

The retirement of the Lowri Beck and Calvin Capital brand is a significant moment. Over the past few years, our business has undergone a transformative journey and the value of our colleagues working closely together and delivering for our customers has become increasingly evident.

 

Combining our shared knowledge, skill sets, relationships, services, and data will let us execute our strategy more efficiently, assist suppliers in making informed decisions, and enable customers to use energy more sustainably, all while maintaining the exceptional service our stakeholders have come to expect.

 

We are already operating under one strategy, with one team working towards a shared set of objectives - using our skills, resources, and infrastructure deployment to support our customers' transition to net zero. Our new single brand identity reflects this shared ambition.

 

I am particularly proud of our new shared values – developed in partnership with colleagues across our business. These will guide our behaviour and reflect the existing strengths and shared ambitions of our people. Our new values are:
