Training the workforce of tomorrow
Since opening our dedicated academy in Ashton in 2016, we’ve trained over 2,500 engineers and operatives, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in the smart energy sector.
From day one, our trainees are immersed in a technical training journey designed to prepare them for real-world installations - safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
