We are helping
Britain race to a smarter energy future

For over two decades Calisen has shaped the smart energy landscape to change the way the nation uses it’s energy.

Calisen’s 1,000+ strong workforce serves the entire nation

Our fully nationwide flexible team can take care of your customers, wherever they are in Britain. Our clients benefit from Calisen’s insights gained from over 28 years of experience installing and funding millions of smart meters across multiple customers and manufacturers.

We’ve transformed from a pure metering business into a smart energy infrastructure company

For more than two decades, Calisen has been shaping the UK’s smart energy landscape. What began with Calvin Capital and Lowri Beck, two pioneers of smart metering, has evolved into one company with a shared vision, united under the Calisen name.

Today, that legacy of expertise and innovation drives us forward. With the acquisitions of Advizzo, MapleCo, and Utility Warehouse Home Services, and the launch of commercial solar and battery services, we are accelerating our growth as one of the UK’s largest providers of energy transition technology for homes and businesses.

We offer complete installation, maintenance and management for your smart technologies, covering lead generation, outreach, appointment booking and reporting, commissioning, communication hub power-cycles, SIM and modem exchanges. Our purpose is clear: to deliver Smarter Energy for All. By combining heritage, innovation, and a single united strategy, we are helping build a cleaner, greener energy future.

Calisen has a track record in leading the way on the digitalisation of the energy meter network, rolling out millions of smart meters in homes and businesses across the UK. With the exponential change in both the maturity and cost of low carbon technologies, smart meters will unlock a cleaner energy future for us all. Catherine O'Kelly
