Calisen acquire two Heat Pump businesses

Calisen agrees acquisition of Ecofit Renewables and Source Eco, two heat pump installation businesses enabling Calisen to expand its range of activities in line with its mission to deliver Smarter Energy for All.

  • The acquisition is Calisen’s first step into low carbon heat and establishing a nationwide heat pump business. -
  • Installation of heat pumps combined with its existing EV charging and smart meter services will reinforce Calisen’s role in helping to roll-out energy transition assets in support of Net Zero.

 

01 March 2023 – Manchester, UK – Calisen Group (Holdings) Limited, has agreed to acquire Ecofit Renewables Limited and Source Eco Limited and expand its scope of services to the domestic and commercial heat pump market as part of its mission to deliver Smarter Energy for All through the deployment of energy transition assets.

 

Following its many years of experience in the energy sector, Calisen is expanding its capability into the electrification of heat. The new additions to Calisen’s family will allow a wider range of customers to manage their own journeys to Net Zero and help achieve Calisen’s targets for a greener and cleaner environment.
